Welcome to PelliScope. This website (`www.pelliscope.in`) and the corresponding mobile web application (`app.pelliscope.in`) are owned and operated by HawkFranklin Research. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Marketplace Framework

PelliScope operates as a technology facilitator and marketplace platform that connects individual users seeking skin health screening reviews with independent, licensed medical practitioners (dermatologists).

HawkFranklin Research charges a platform service fee (20%) for facilitating this secure connection, data transfer, and hosting infrastructure. The remainder of the consultation fee (80%) is split and disbursed directly to the practicing dermatologist as professional service fees.

2. No Medical Advice

The automated AI screening models, condition mappings, and educational materials provided directly on the PelliScope app do not constitute medical advice or a diagnosis. A medical diagnosis and review are solely provided by the independent dermatologist to whom your case is assigned. In case of emergency or severe skin symptoms, please seek direct emergency medical care immediately.

3. Payments, Split Fees & Refunds

• Consultation Price: Every clinical review submission is charged at a flat rate of ₹399.
• Disbursement and Webhooks: Payments are captured and logged immediately via webhooks. Payouts are made to the dermatologist once the case is reviewed.
• Cancellation Guarantee: As detailed in our Refund Policy, if the selected doctor does not action the review within 48 hours, the case is automatically cancelled, and a full refund is processed.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for uploading clear, well-lit photographs and providing accurate, complete details in the questionnaires. Blurry or incomplete data may delay or prevent successful reviews.
