• Billing Information: Payment data collected securely via our partner gateways (Razorpay/Stripe). PelliScope does not store your credit card or bank credentials on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to facilitate your consultation:

• To run automated AI screening models that map probability indices for dermatology conditions.
• To share your medical profile, clinical answers, and skin photographs exclusively with your selected, licensed dermatologist.
• To process transactions, refunds, and maintain the append-only ledger history.

3. Data Protection and Encryption

All clinical images and medical records are transmitted via secure HTTPS/TLS channels and stored in encrypted cloud databases. Storage of medical documents is geographically located in accordance with local data residency regulations (e.g. secure regions compliant with local healthcare guidelines).

4. Data Sharing Constraints

We **never** sell, trade, or distribute your personal or medical information to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Data is shared only with:

• The independent dermatologist you select for your consultation.
• Payment facilitators (Razorpay/Stripe) solely for the execution of payment capture and refunds.
